Incorrect Address

  • If missing or incorrect info is detected, we may contact you for an update — this can delay delivery.
  • We are not responsible for orders delivered to a wrong address provided by the customer.
  • Returned orders due to incorrect addresses will be donated to charity and not returned to our warehouse.
  • A re-shipping fee will be required to resend orders returned due to address errors.

  • Allow 5–7 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.
  • No tracking info yet? The carrier hasn’t processed your parcel — check back in a day or two.

  • If it’s after your estimated arrival date, contact us and we’ll investigate immediately.

Order Modifications

  • Orders can be canceled or modified within 2 hours of being placed.
  • The maximum quantity per order and per shipment is 1 unit.
  • Personalized or custom orders may take a few extra days depending on design complexity.
  • If there’s any problem or delay, we’ll send you an email notification as quickly as possible.
