Returns for Refund
You can return items for a full refund provided all of the following conditions are met:
- Item is unworn, unused, and in original condition
- Item is in its original packaging
- Original tags must be attached
- Proof of purchase provided (order confirmation or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care items (e.g. beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Return Shipping
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item sent by us — in which case we cover the return shipping cost.
Important: You must contact us for approval before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted or processed.
Refund Process
Contact us to request a return — we’ll issue a Return Authorization Number (RMA) if approved.
Send the item back to the address we provide. Customer covers return shipping.
We inspect the returned item to confirm it meets all return conditions.
If approved, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
If more than 15 business days have passed since refund approval, please contact us directly.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for size, color, or the same item, subject to availability.
Contact us to request an exchange and confirm item availability.
Send the original item back — customer covers the return shipping cost.
Once received and inspected, we ship the replacement item to you.
Exchanges will not be processed until the returned item has been received and approved.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and include clear photos of:
- The damaged or incorrect item
- The original packaging and shipping label
Do not return the item until we have confirmed the issue. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
Returned items must still be:
- Unworn and unused
- With original tags attached
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Unauthorized Returns & Change of Mind
- Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
- We reserve the right to decline any return that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
- Refunds may be denied or delayed if the item does not meet return conditions or the return is initiated after the 30-day window.
